This would go for the people they hire to transport your goods down to the insurance they have in place to make sure that in the event of any accidents you are not held liable for any damages. Ask around to see if they ever had any problems or know of any violations they had in the past. You can also ask the company itself if they have any knowledge of violations, insurance problems, or any other legal concerns. Legal troubles for a courier service are something that they will want to stay away from, as they want to be able to get your business.
